All investment involves a degree of speculation, different strokes for different folks.

I'm painting with broad strokes here as it depends on each persons goals and objectives. 

unfortunately, i suffered with a brain annuerism and a stroke just 3 days before i was scheduled for preventive surgery.  

Unfortunately, i had a brain annuerism and a stroke about 6 years ago when i was 54, just 2 days before my preventive surgery was scheduled.While recovering from that, i found BP about 22 months ago when i was looking for something to do that is more flexible and something i could do.  

He/she will be stroking their ego giving them confidence etc.

LOL but in all seriousness, it is different strokes for different folks.  

I think often these big flashy 600k flips serve to stroke the ego of the flipper as much as they are a business.

CI even owned my own business when I had that brain anuerism and stroke in the end of 2010.In some ways I have been and felt lucky since then.  

The cost of payment in built into the new loans, and as long as the numbers are right, the new deals cashflow nicely, and one can go buy some big properties with nothing more than a stroke of a pin.
