If you were ready to pay hundreds of  thousands of dollars to people that have never done it, for knowledge you'll never use, why wouldn't you spend far far less to someone that has done it successfully, and will teach you how to do it from experience.For those that insist on the cheap (spelled "free") method of education, because they think they get all that you need, they are wrong.

When you lock down a property using a contract, in that contract you have it spelled out that you have the right to assign it or 'your name and assigns' , this is where you sell the contract(your equitable interest in the property) to a cash buyer.

The attorney is saying that if there is an eviction, the tenant buyer will probably ask for his option fee back claiming it was a downpayment, even if I spell it out and say that it is nonrefundable and NOT a downpayment.

@Mindy Jensen Hi there- the “unanswered” screen in the forum has disappeared again.Also when using the app and needing to edit a post mid sentence, the Caps lock remains on and one must manually change each lettwr to lower case, and spell check no longer works.Thx
