Maybe when I'm an ol' head exiting the growth phase I'll start caring about paying them down, but I'll do that with cash flow not borrowed money.

Then sell the property and start doing fix and flip or fix and rent. ( I prefer to sell this property as it 100km away from my student rentals. ) Not sure if I should renovate the lower unit to sell.

I think when you start you need to make sure you work with people who are reliable.
