@Alexandru Nedelcu, if you have a basement, and a DADU/MIL in the backyard, you should be able to rent it as three separate units.

The ADU has its own Lanai, W/D in unit, storage, private entry and potentially garage slot (see TBD).To Do/Estimates:- Roof: ~$17,000.

@Derek Heinz, one of your best options would be to get a lot and build a DADU with a pre-approved plan. 

Looking into single family houses or multifamily, as there is an actual land that you own and potentially build ADU/DADU in the foreseeable future.

@Dave Skow - Closing attorney presented Friday Aug 3 as an option (they have a time slot then), in response to extension needed for the original lender.

Just remember you are buying a slot in a business you have no control over.

The problem is that most of them, especially the many of the best ones, have slots that are limited to accredited investors plus a close network of people they know (up to 35) who are not accredited.

I am wondering if there are any slots left?
