I believe there's nothing more important than my credibility; borrowing and pay back history is one of the best way to showcase that. 

Anyhow, I sell turn key properties in Cleveland Ohio and have been looking for a way to showcase the high ROI they have.

It could be the location, i.e. coastal SoCal (or conversely at the airport where people are literally trapped for hours), it could be the exclusive presence of unique brands or merchandise (think boutique/trendy/artsy), something special has to draw traffic.

In no way am I an economist, or would ever claim to understand the true depth in being able to speak on these subjects, however I would estimate given the current economic climate that investing with appreciation as your primary source of growth would be a dangerous investment.Perhaps this is a showcase of my own lack of experience, but I would rather invest in safer cash flowing assets until we see the economic correction everyone has been preaching about.

Tell the clerk to hang onto the merchandise for you, because you'll be right back--you just have to go find the money to pay for the stuff.The answer so obvious that it's even silly to ask. 

I have no desire to invest anywhere else, but there and in northwest Indiana, specifically Gary because it is kind of the same situation.I will be having an upcoming event for real estate professionals at Merchandise Mart and I would love to invite yourself and any of your real estate constituents. 

(merchandise)  I like areas where the property taxes are lower as the properties tend to make better investments overall.I would use caution if you take @Charles Morgan advice to refinance your duplex.  

For example in the facebook groups you can showcase your work through before and after pictures and even get testimonial proofs from your friends.
