Some section 8 organizations locally are heavenly to deal with and others are nightmare where the case workers are overloaded and do not care about tenant violations or kicking them out of the program.

@Mark FedorovWhat they are trying to do is stop the trending practice of some of the LARGER Corporations from getting away from paying taxes by moving their headquarters to tax heavens, then "Loaning" the US Subsidiary money, therefore incurring a huge tax deduction, against their US Profits.
