If I could re-frame, and put myself in your shoes, I would look for a money partner to help secure rehab properties. 

I suspect the stock market and or building then selling a bizzness created a big majority of millionare wealth and or just high paying jobs and save your money :)

Most of them that are successful like a Tony Robbins etc they make HUGE Money Millions upon Millions with their training and backing certain products..

Sometimes the foreclosure “rescuer” charges the borrower high 'service fees' up front and then disappears with the money without providing the promised service. .Each state has it's own foreclosure rescue/avoidance/solicitation laws.

Parking is worth more than money down there in OB.....And I am pretty sure that your $$ numbers are low, about 50% at least.

I also just go done taking a Alan Cowgill course on raising money to help fund my deals.

And a deal in my opinion is one that will 1. pay for itself(All property expenses) and 2. pay the debt service(if necessary) and 3. put money into my pocket each month.  

I've learned a lot since then have become a private money lender and have done a lot of deals.

Or is the money better spent elevating the master experience overall? 

It's a great way to increase your net worth and these loans can also be used to pull cash out of a property as it appreciates allowing you to reinvest money into new deals.Happy to connect to discuss further.
