I'm interested in writing an offer on a duplex in Columbus OH that is currently occupied with Section 8 tenants on both sides.

I'd highly recommend looking more into the BRRRR section on BP to learn a bit more about how they use DSCR loans to scale.

I suggest you start by reading the insurance policy, starting with the definition section which should tell you who is insured.
