@Andy R.Anytime you invest in real estate in another state, you need to register your LLC as a foreign entity with the Secretary of State office in that state.

In my opinion, these funds could serve better if the Secretary of Defense's office reappropriated them to increase the overall Basic Housing Allowance of Soldiers.
