Discharging a weapon in a home.  

I do understand what you said, I just need more time, polish my swords and weapons so I can pull the trigger on bigger deals.

There most be a lot of righteous RE investors on here who only take the proper deductions/write-offs and never "cheat", sorry "exploit" the rules!  

As for the other Guru's, my inbox is filled with other people's "Secret Weapons" to get leads.

In order for me to scale outside of just being a sole individual real estate investor, I would need some guidance on partnerships and outside funding as I have been using traditional financing.Please send me your recommendations as I am reading lots of books and articles and networking to add more weapons to my tool belt over the next 5 years!
