Industrial is still strong and retail is OK, at least the Amazon-resistent retail (most notably grocery stores, restaurants, etc.)

@Natalie StanleyI know to $1B funds with tons of assets in one LLCWe have about $60M AUM in one entityIf they were commercial properties then i would consider some segregation.For example last developer I worked with had a campus of 4 MF buildings, office building and retail center.

Our portfolio was built using retail purchases but I am considering looking at deals via wholesaling.

An example is a retail/service center I currently own with a couple of other investors.  

I just bought 3 properties for full retail a couple of weeks ago.

Multi Family, retail, industrial?

If you place anyone in a regular retail rental with inept investing or management styles you will encounter those problems no matter who you rent to. 

We have almost 70 properties now, from retail and bars, to 4 unit MFR, to SFR.

It also includes a small commercial space <1200ft which I also hope to rent eventually (it's a conditional permit only for a small business, no retail).
