Industrial is still strong and retail is OK, at least the Amazon-resistent retail (most notably grocery stores, restaurants, etc.)

@Natalie StanleyI know to $1B funds with tons of assets in one LLCWe have about $60M AUM in one entityIf they were commercial properties then i would consider some segregation.For example last developer I worked with had a campus of 4 MF buildings, office building and retail center.
