Having to disclose the drainage issue on my non disclosure agreement with the buyer would be nice to note on there that it was done by a very reputable company with a lifetime warranty but we bought the house within 2 days of it being listed and were bidding with 3 other couples so I don’t think I will have a hard time with the resell. 

I could still acquire the property and make a "lifetime" rental without likelihood of being able to provide marketable title and resell in the future- what would YOU do?

Another technique is to use transaction financing to purchase it and immediately resell it.

A key to an area is if everyone is building or buying and reselling.

Some banks have rules like, you can't resell the property for 3 months.

Big banks like to resell your loan at closing.

Or does it just pay off the reverse, clear the taxes, and leave you with a margin to resell?

I want to add a garage for personal use and resell value since I have the room in my backyard (double lot) and my drive way only holds 1 vehicle. 

@Gabriela Johnson  I mean....I'd buy it for x amount, and then resell it for y (with y being the bigger of the two numbers).
