for absolute certain no one HAS to use an attorney or a title company.. you don't have to buy title insurance.. and you can do it this way.Its how I bought all my pre foreclsoures in the day.. we would rescue them day before they went I would do my own deeds.. hand over the check to the seller and run the money up to the trustee to redeem.. did it all in house.. well my staff did not me personally.
