We replaced all the doors throughout the house with 6 panel molded prehung doors for about $35 a door plus install (The install costs less than the several layers of paint and primer that would have been needed to repaint those old doors.2.

We spent about a week doing clean up, repainting and new carpets.

I repainted the railings black, since they already were black.

I spent about 4hrs to clean and repaint above the shower.

I do not want to repaint it again and again.

Inspector also noted window screen was broken and needs to be replaced, paint on kitchen cabinets was chipped and needs repainting, paint on multiple walls was chipped and needs repainting, and the garbage disposal was not in working order and needs to be fixed.

I was looking to repaint and add the faux brick on the bottom of the porch banister.

Repainted/reglazed the bathroom, kitchen cabinets/counters, fixed damaged drywall and baseboards, fixed damaged tiles, replaced doors/rotten doorframes, and removed with permit dead trees and such.

Lets see, 7 houses over is a 4 unit where listing price was just dropped from $50K to $40K, next door sold a few months ago for $33k and was just flipped and resold for $156K, a few blocks the other way was a tax auction sale for $17K, theres another 2 unit between here and there listed for $39K, 3 houses down the other way just sold for 55K and house next to it to cause they basically needed interior repaint, I can go on-Like accidentally find a dozen "deals" walking the dog around the neighborhood?  

Needs nothing besides maybe some repainting and cleaning up.
