I have a couple of questions now:1) If another qualified applicant shows up and is willing to move-in on April 1, am I allowed to reject the first applicant?

However, I have chosen to reject this line of thinking and am focusing on instead how to make this a reality.

Yesterday I received a rejection letter from the new management company stating that the by-laws state that the association is only responsible for common elements, and not the units.It doesn't explain that if a common element's failure damages a condo unit then ____ is responsible.I have sent emails calling the both parties abusive.  

I got about 20 offers rejected before my first deal.

I reckon that their LENDER is likely to help them out in a greater way, by rejecting such low-ball Offers.

I don't think I am able to trust him anymore, what if the city rejects them and he won't fix them or he will take another 2 months to fix them, I just can't trust him.I will deffenitly take your advise.

As far as collecting an additional $200 per month from someone who is on housing assistance, in this market a lot of Landlords flat out reject the notion and would deny the applicant.
