Make an appointment to meet the managing broker or recruiter.

Sounds surprising but let me explain...I've seen a lot of Multifamily syndicators recruit investors on sites. 

They offer profit sharing if you recruit other agents and they produce and the office is profitable that month.I left KW and I am at RE/MAX.
