Purely from an investing standpoint, I love the little cabins the best.

Sounds like you are doing all the work and they are purely financially invested.  

The Chicago market is not a pure "cash flow" market, so there is a lot of appreciation potential as well. 

My guess is they were in a hurry and skipped the scan or they had a bad battery or some reason it didn't get picked up.

He responded by getting a guy from 120 miles away who had been an arhborist for 6 months at the time (mind you we live in a major city, there are dozens of arbhorists within a few miles of us...he was shopping for someone who was purely new and would say anything for business IMO) to illegally trespass on my property to assess the tree.
