I'm not gonna bust your balls about every little thing and I will respect your privacy, just as I would expect you to respect mine.

It's basically house hacking with more privacy and no goal of moving on to the next.

We also added a privacy fence around the property and reconfigured outdoor living by moving a beam from the center of covered back poarch to on the side, providing a large open outdoor living area.

When I lived in the same building as the tenants it was a bit much as far privacy is concerned, for all parties.  

The reason is not just for your privacy but, because people pay more for a private apartment.
