After awhile people get tired or BEING the business/active with an asset and want passive and relaxation.I do not focus on residential anymore.

There are many qualified buyers out there just kicking tires and wasting seller's time and patience.

Having to re-do a unit tires you out, having them blame you for their problems and their common threats stresses me out way too much. 

I understand the seller/listing agent wanting to avoid tire kickers but I think if they aren't willing to at least give some pertinent information up front (fine with an NDA) then it's likely not worth it.  

Some items, like flooring, are wear items, just like tires on your car. 

Or at best you follow up when she is tired of trying.

Their selling may not mean anything is untoward just that their situation has changed and they want something new or to get out of what they have, they could have run into financial trouble, gotten tired of being owners or want to deploy their capital in a better market.

I'm kinda tired of managing it and have had lousy luck w/ property managers; . .
