I flew in town, ended up setting it up - they finally hired a task rabbit person, as their team would just deliver a box and leave.

@Stacy A Stewart I have personally used DSCR loans to purchase rental properties here in the Dallas/Ft.

I started my jouney here in 2011 and I am still learning everyday - especially from others on this forum.My personal portfolio is located within Stamford and Bridgeport.

You also have the option to close these DSCR loans in your LLC as opposed to your personal name.Our team finances just shy of 100 DSCR loans on a monthly basis.
