Everything I have ever read about them have been negative, really negative.With any other turnkey or property management company you get your good reviews then your stereotypical semi negative reviews such as they cost to much, communication is slow, I wish they found a tenant faster etc....A lot of that kind of stuff is par for the course & it's usually a combination of the investor being new to the game & how the company operates.

hm.. there shouldn't be anything illegal about mailing people, as long as there isn't anything threatening/dangerous in the content of the letters, and as long as the mail isn't sent out in a perpetual and harrassing manner.

Because other assets of the estate were so large, other family members do not feel pressured to sell the unit, and have agreed that continued ownership makes a lot of sense as long as it does not become perpetually cash flow negative.
