I’ve considered multifamily or duplexes, but from what I’ve heard, they’re unideal right now, so I’m leaning towards STRs.I’ve put together a list of areas that seem STR-friendly with good tourism appeal, and I’d love to get feedback from people who know the San Antonio market well.

Keeping in touch with people in the field might help you keep updated and perhaps lead to profitable collaborations.By thoroughly researching, budgeting wisely, and managing your projects carefully, you can successfully flip houses even in a new state.

One solution I see some people do is to partner with another investor on a couple of deals where each brings something to the table...more capital, experience, etc.

I'm starting a property management company and I'm curious to know how people have marketed themselves online.

There is alot of growth here with Wellen Park being built currently but it tends to bring wealthier people in where my home is a 900sf 2/2(not so desirable for them.  

The best way to start is by surrounding yourself with people who are already doing what you’re trying to do.

I am looking for advice from people who have done this in the past.

Are you saying you are blocking weekend days to force people to book weekdays?
