The only problem with this is that the peroxide bleach tends to really bleach the hell out of the oak grain pattern and if you're not right on top of the process, you often get an inconsistent light spot.The second solution is to apply a solution of oxalic acid, the acid found in the cleaner Bar Keeper's Friend.

Unfortunately we aren’t given many options by the builder - laminate or quartz and two options for pattern.

From 2008-2018 we were in a predictable cyclical pattern, but 2019 and 2020 bucked the trend. 

Not saying that will happen in Vegas but it's like watching the same pattern of the evolution of a city that is experiencing high growth decade after decade. 

But yes...what you're describing could happen with select fact patterns.
