'A' is relatively newly built with a full amenity package: typically resort level pool, fitness center, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, playgound(s) if mostly family area, maybe covered parking/garages, etc.  

Remember... contracts are always negotiable, but you both have people to pay and food to put on the table.

Unfortunately, with our financial situation (we are essentially broke and need money like now for medicine, food, etc), hence us being so eager to sell, even for below market value… so turning it back into an AirBnB wouldn’t work for us.We wish this sale hadn’t fallen through.

This will help my guys with cheap food.

I am what I would call a 'total return investor' -- which is that I don't care as much about cashflow, or tax benefits, or appreciation in particular -- I'm in it for the whole package.

He figured out instead of owning the fast food building, own the land underneath and land contract to franchisees.

I know builders and they're lumber packages were 25k now they're 70k, ++ that's just for the framming.
