@Brenden Mitchum the platform is great and the transition was smooth, but a lot of times the features just don’t work.

I signed up for a trial with Xero and my initial impression is that that it seems nice, but it's a totally new platform I would need to learn and I would need to adapt all the Quick Books tricks you kind folks have taught me to their system.

It's going to be very location specific and require some due diligence before you sign up a property.I would also say having an end goal of running a 'hands off' web based platform is great but how will you get there?

You could use AirBNB but if you can work it outside of that platform, I would do that.

(2) The only other mainstream platform I know with the active session style connection is Hospitable and I spent some time this weekend trying it out.

i just come across this platform and i was super exited as a builder with own construction company to have such an impressive collection collaboration to start JV. just to come to the realization that this platform is  in america  and i'm from down-under "Australia" i'll be searching fro similar platform in my country, if i don't find one i'll be creating one!!
