I do believe that there is an ethical way to negotiate these deals but there seems to be a huge grey area in between a good deal and predatory that is a slippery slope full of moral hazard and profit motive.

Most brokers I'm certain will not allow an agent to use a sale contract to wholesale as is common with newbies.We cannot legislate morality but the courts may apply morale judgment to protect the public and they do.

That's become a part of my moral compass when seeking discounted properties.

I believe that if you take care of your patients with ethics and morals that the bottom line will take care of itself.

Because I think that is just not a moral business thing to do.

By what moral imperative are you constrained to have these worries about meeting and working with strangers and I do not?

Doing good business is not always about making money, sometimes it is a much larger effort that involves moral, ethical and a win - win approach.
