I have a lot of my own tools, a small truck and a little know how.

I'm a truck driver living in my truck and this is my profession for life. 

I spent a number of years in the construction trade (all phases), did some bar tending for a few years, drove truck long haul then back to construction with some electronic and computer work on the side.

I am a licensed master electrician, I work for a contractor (great pay, benefits, work truck, etc..) but also own a fully licensed and insured electrical contracting company I basically have just set up (been open 3 years) but no time to do anything with because I am constantly working on both houses.  

But this time, he went ahead and did a repair I had only asked him to dig up to examine and then he added $100 onto a job that was originally only $150; he also hedged around about the receipt for the part he had purchased (about $15), saying it was somewhere in his truck.

I currently am a truck driver for the oil fields here in Pennsylvania and make on avg 4000 take home per month and my monthly expenses are 1300 for bills not including food and other expenses for children and personal.

Might have a private airplane hanger next to that airport, FEDEX might want an office-warehouse, where is the best place for the trash trucks to be parked or a recycling firm?

., all I came up with were Operating Agreements detailing the structures of LLCs, and other agreements involving the trucking industry........not relevant stuff.  

You won't see RE agents parking a big truck in Home Depots lot with We Sell Houses plastered all over it or sending out yellow letters or using bandit signs.

These are merely suggestions , since i having started working it per say. re: the hang ups unless you want to call and directly say something like " I see i've missed your call do you have a house to sell" i would simply send another letter and maybe an experienced wholesaler can chime in here but I don't think you should send the same letter.As for the problem of not closing i guess you can chalk it up to learn curve. it's a numbers game (or so i'm told) so keep trucking
