At this point, I would recommend having a line of credit to cover these things so you don't have money sitting in the bank doing nothing when it could be put to work.I have 33 units, no debt except for mortgages, and excellent income.

I am in a similar boat...A goal I have for 2025 is to pay off a mortgage (my highest interest is 4.5% and I owe $180K on it).

Borrow the money interest free and compound on.

If you really want an LLC with a registered agent there are much better companies to give your money.

Same day auctions of course are not going to be possible for a lender to lend on the initial purchase but you can often get the same hard money purchase terms right after closing if you're able to buy in cash
