Hi Matt, What part of Mass are you in?

This is a little scary as we know what kind of effect mass foreclosure can have on the industry. 

If the sites are larger than 1/2 acre (NOT AN EXACT NUMBER), and you are needing to develop the land (i.e. roads, utilities, mass grading) I would then recommend involving a civil engineer on a site plan and to do a more in-depth due-diligence. 

I have an 8 unit under agreement right now in Central mass at a 9 cap.

In the eastern part of the state the prices and rents are high, if you want to get in at a lower cost or if you plan on Brrring I would suggest looking in western mass.

Most of them use cheap mass-market website builders.

Plus Austin just passed a bond for Project Connect to create a more robust mass transit system which includes tunnels underneath downtown for rail.

I have my energy assessment scheduled with Berkshire Gas to start the Mass Save program process to try to qualify for that grant.
