Why doesn't anyone listen?

It is more important now more than ever to have a transparent working relationship with a real estate agent who can listen to your wants and needs, adjust accordingly and negotiate effectively on your behalf. 

I’ve been listening to bigger pockets and doing my own research for a few years now and finally got my husband on board.  

As for the information out there that's offered, I listen, form my thoughts on what I heard by doing some due diligence, but more importantly, I take what I heard and formulate my own approach or outlook on the subject.

I listened to a BP podcast back in the day (like Josh and Brandon days, I think) where the guest joined the HOA board to give himself control over rental policies.

I listened to real estate Rookie podcasts more.

If its not, it would not be enforceable.Don't listen to anyone that says a prepay fee is only triggered when the note is called due through a refinance or sale.

I recommend you try managing on your own, but be smart and spend time educating yourself on how to do it well by reading books, listening to podcasts, and interacting in the forums.You convince people you're not foolish by educating yourself.
