This will get you the name on the dog on record designating that specific animal as their ESA.Good idea -- AND ask for additional rent/deposit, unless there is some legislation forbidding it for a properly registered service animal.My humble opinion, all this "emotional support" stuff is simply BS so they can take their precious animals everywhere they go and not have pay extra.

Some ideas I've considered:Equity Buyout: Having another investor or my partner buy out my 40% equity.Seller Financing: Selling my equity and offering seller financing to the buyer.Selling the Property: Liquidating the property entirely and splitting the proceeds.Does anyone have experience with situations like this?

What is bad is having the gurus collect money from armies of inexperienced, unknowledgeable and under capitalized wanna be investors who then seduce desperate home sellers (who have no idea what they’ve agreed to) into selling their homes without understanding the consequences.
