Would I irritate my tenants raising the rent after they have been there a while.

The houses could be great, so great you don't have to do due diligence, but I'd have to do some major research into figuring out how that's possible and I'd still be irritated about paying a fee when no one else charges one (although maybe it means you get better service, I don't know).

So, I looked a four "creative" listings lately and am becoming more and more irritated at the audacity of some of these listing agents...I mean really, there are guidelines to listing a property.

Then today (after about a week of back and forth) I finally figured out how this whole situation came to be:-Tenant paid rent around 1/5-Tenant disputed the payment with their bank (not Google Wallet) around 1/15-Their bank pulled the money back from GW-GW pulled the money back from meAfter several more irritated emails about how ridiculous this is (and them explaining how they can't fix it), the conclusion was that my options are to reach out to the sender and work out a solution or to file a lawsuit.  

They'll be irritated, but they kind of sprung this on me with no warning and caught me off guard.

Why do you even care that she wants to change to a 1 year lease since you were fine with it a month ago, and how does it benefit you to irritate the tenant?

I ended up getting a reduction in price because of the copper plumbing and wiring theft, so I wasn't too upset, just irritated at the additional time it would take for repairs.Then, literally the day after my electrician finished repairing/replacing the damaged wiring, it got broken into again. 

It is just irritating living with dust, and debris, plus waking up with a contractor in your room.You may have to leave on a moments notice when you list.  

The value of the apartment is in the cash flow and IRR it can give me.  

However I like to just set and forget my tstat and when it is programmed wrong I get irritated.
