Found out that she wanted me to remodel the place because she was going to let her brother move in and allow him to use her section 8. she had no intentions of even living there anymore because she met a new man and was living with him but didn't want to give up her section 8. 

Worst case scenario they do something intentionally to hold you & your paid-off property liable.

There is no standard form, but the notice should clearly state your intent to terminate their tenancy and the move-out date.

So if your intent is to rent it from the get, then you could be on the hook for fraud.

Now, it is more targeted and has to be designed and run very intentionally.

Scenario:I have about 8 months left and am looking to finance a duplex using my VA home loan, with the intent of house hacking it..

Some of them may have high mortgages attached to them or the families may have no intentions of ever selling the properties.

they pay that to the rep who called the property.Please keep in mind I am specifically referring to you being an actual cash buyer with real intention of making the purchase right then and there.  

We are looking to start another business but want to be intentional in starting something that would benefit those in this amazing community.
