Just remember though - just bc “it’s always been done that way here” doesn’t mean you can’t innovate & stand out from the crowd  which can result in more bookings & higher revenue

My business operates in San Francisco, and office rents are far in excess of what we can afford.We recently stumbled upon Workshop Cafe (https://www.workshopcafe.com/) where my team and I currently work.The business functions as co-working office space and coffee shop, allowing customers like my business to rent seats at $3 per hour.This is awesome for the following reasons:I can take calls without worrying about loud people or coffee shop music (a common Starbucks problem in SF).We only pay for the space when we use it.Workshop cafe has two locations and has proven they can be profitable with little scale (unlike larger competitors like WeWork).BP Community1) Have you seen any other innovate co-working business models?

Hello BP family,I am looking to obtain financing for a rental property, I am looking for innovative and creative ways to get this done.

In Nov 2019 we decided to refinance with our existing lender, to a new rate of 3.625% for 15 yrs and the new loan amount was $245k ($3K of the closing costs rolled into that new mortgage).Me and my wife will probably find new jobs in a different state in a few years (around 2023-2024) and move out.

We purchased back in Nov of last year, basically knowing no experience in the STR world other than that which we had read on the STR Forum.
