Thanks,Nate  getting a partial lien release when splitting lots is painful and frustrating.They will most likely do their own appraisal as they will want to make sure the one property still has significant coverage / equity in it.

Colorado Springs, for example, does both, but if you show another agent's listing(s), who are required to use Supra, then it will be a total pain in the arse to show get into these properties unless combo boxes are allowed.Good luck with it.

If a property is in an LLC you are almost guaranteed to pull names and numbers of people not associated with the building at all, maybe even tenants, which will also auto-populate the owner names and change them at will with these incorrect contacts....can be a pain to undue.Overall in my opinion, can be great for individual skip tracing to reference other data, not so much for a large batch and sole reliance.
