You are targeting a select few properties and you need to go in, door knock and build a rapport.Frank

A friend of mine is proficient in door knocking to sell windows to home owners.

Had a borrower who had a fire, the indoor pool heater started the fire and all that remained were most of the brick walls of the house.

Walls, ceilings, doors (you could hear the bbs rolling around in doors), windows, fridge, etc.

I believe all the weed growing operations here are indoors. 

I go crazy over how the front yard looks more than the inside unless it is really bad inside.For me the more difficult thing to deal with is unauthorized pets or people, smoking indoors, smoke detector batteries always dead, and difficulty contacting them (cell phone disconnected, become non-communicative when under stress, disappear in the night).Cheers!
