She paid us up front for 12 months of rent & then paid herself each month & at the end of year 1 she paid us for another 12 months...she did this until her credit improved. 

The scammer may promise to help the victim get out of debt or improve their financial situation, but in reality, they have no intention of helping the victim and are only interested in taking ownership of the asset.Once the victim takes out the loan, the scammer may siphon off the funds or use them for their own purposes, leaving the victim with a large debt and no asset to show for it.

You may have to search a bit for the right contractor or engineer - sometimes I see one solution dominating in an area - "that is how we always do it" 

It's gotta grab people, draw them in, stop them in there searching tracks.

Things like acting like a guest searching for a property and seeing how well your property goes to the top of the algorithm or not, as a guest looking at pricing of your property vrs your closest competition, looking at properties that are doing well and seeing what you could be doing better.

I found this out after several victims skipped traced me and called me at my real phone number.A search of the scammer’s phone number indicated it was used on other fake websites to falsely represent other legit lenders, as well.

The public searches are pretty limited in scope for a true investor.
