Germany is the #1 country on earth for solar and is not renowned for its citizens needing high factor sunscreen.

Nothing peeves tax-paying citizens more than grifters who refuse to pay their fair share because they have the resources to do so(see: Donald Trump, Elon Musk, etc.)

Only natural US citizens or Resident Aliens may own stock in an S-Corp.

At the core I understand the bill, however it is infringing on rights due to US citizens per other older adopted laws.

Yes, I've already checkout out the Alabama Citizen Access Portal and typed a parcel number just to see who was paying the tax.

Luckily, my tenants are solid citizens for the most part and follow the “rules” .
