I've lived here my whole life and know the area and market very well.

I've flipped homes and land several times in my life...but it was actually unintentional believe it or not. 

This is because the financials of the condo project will directly effect the value of the real estate as a collective, as compared to just your financial health on other types.

The mine trap in commercial real estate is huge..... i don't know how many cycle of this I've seen in my life, but 2023 ain't the biggest, it took minimum 5 years before the dust settles.

It's more like a delicious stew that simmers slowly, filling your life with savory success.
