Using it for the down payment or buying the property outright is out of their terms (you could probably split hairs and say that their terms of service says no mortgage payments... but buying the entire property outright could be a gray area.....)But...  

Due to my job, I have very little time to actively manage and am requiring everything from furnishing, renovating, and handling the daily responsibilities of managing a short term rental.

Also a desire to be a landlord and be willing to do landlord type things on a daily basis would be helpful.Good Luck
