That is the info the governor wants you to know, inside the law they prohibit people from those countries and Venezuela, to buy real state with in a mile from hospitals, military bases, airports and other strategic places, meaning that in Miami Dade County it is not possible for me (venezuelan) to buy a house for my own.

I am working on doing an acquisition of a 2.1m 30 unit multifamily building, it's appraised for 2.4m, is hundreds of feet away from the state's governor mansion and has an in place cap rate of 13%-14% with room to grow.

Here on the ground, the only actual feedback or cancelations we've gotten are actually the opposite with some bookings being lost to Hispanic travelers that are afraid of the governor's immigration policies (actual guest message), but even those I'm sure are barely a rounding error and mostly fluff in the grand scheme of things.So you have a bunch of markets acting basically exactly the same.
