You can make a gorgeous optimized site, rich in content, but it will not rank for months because of time.  

If you look at red/pink as A, yellow as B, light green as C and dark green as D.  

I’m a licensed contractor, and have years of experience working with houses, so I’m used to seeing all kinds of houses, horrible houses, ugly houses, houses with an obscene layout, houses with the most gorgeous Victorian fishscaling, you name it.

We've replaced the stove to a gorgeous new 5-burner, and already know some projects that MUST be done before we rent, but there are a few things I'd like advice from the pros on to know if we need to throw money at it or not - because unfortunately, there's only so much we'll be able to afford, so that will help us decide if we *can* rent our home out or if we need to be more practical and sell.My major area of concern is our walls - the majority of the interior is painted-over wallpaper, and we all know what an eyesore that can be.

You have to be that guy who goes up to every gorgeous girl in the club who is obviously way out of your league and get rejected *hard* 100 times in an evening.

These houses are GORGEOUS, but very old.

I am hoping the new renters like pink so I don't have to do a thing to it :)

The floors came out gorgeous and property advertising showed mostly walls and floors (empty property).
