I have heard from more than one of my clients that evictions in California (and some other states) can take up to a year if the tenant actively resists and cost thousands.

If you are adding something that negatively changes a tenants life they may resist, if it is simply common language they may have no issues.

I was taught it by some of the best.of course most folks now think they can learn all they need on the internet.. but sales skills NOPE need that one on one training.. its very little nuances that create the winners from the losers.I cringe when I see folks launch into direct mail wholesaling type business with zero sales experience most will just flame out as they have no skills to close the deal.I was taught by some of the very best in the industry in my day...

And you needed a substantial marketing budget.. if you had those two things along with taking sales training courses ( hated guru's but necessary because not everyone is a born salesmen) if you had those things you stand a pretty good chance of not starting an flaming out.So now we see those talk about wholesaling.. and I think its basically the same.. to think its a no money deal..
