Also, my name even combined is decently common so there is a person with my same name who committed murder, one who is a pretty famous author/writer in his field, another who is a professor, etc. 

I explain it like this... several years ago there was a movie call Sixth Sense, where the famous line was spoken, "I see dead people."  

I was thinking about this recently. Those are who are not fully self-employed as a real estate investor, what sorts of day (or night) jobs do you have? I was curious to see if there were any types of jobs or industrie...

Some people might not like that the book suggestions on the famous four are all the same, but the fact that they repeat themselves told me that those are the books I should read, since most successful real estate investors read them and had a certain mindset.And after about fourteen months of listening and learning (my first podcast was with @Shaun Reilly  Show 43) I was actually on a BP podcast (show 107).
