Probably going to lead to taxes and definitely to debt. 2) the nature of government spending on infrastructure is that government must first extract the funds from the economy through taxation in order to have it in the first place.

rent a carpet cleaner , use vinegar + dishsoap (not too much because of suds),went 2 times over every inch of carpet, then 4 times just with the vacuum setting and extract EVERY BIT OF WATER (!!!

If the offer is lower sellers tend to say thanks for the offer but counter higher or tell the buyer they will consider while other offers come in.On the commercial real estate side for instance I ask the sellers if they are going with the first credible offer from a qualified buyer or trying to extract another 30 to 40 basis points by pushing the market?
