If any of it is points / origination, you get to amortize that amount for the duration of the loan and deduct the annualized amount as interest each year.

If after going through the legal process the tenant decides to pay what's owed to me, is it possible to refuse payment and continue with the eviction since I plan of getting rid of them down the line anyways or do I have to accept and continue with the duration of the lease or is it dependent on the court?
