Hey I'm a Novice Wholesaler In Va  I have a lot of leads when it comes to properties but running dry when it comes to buyers, what can I do online to attract more buyers, Its like I'm sitting on deals here :(

Now I also agree with him that terrible GCs can bleed you dry. 

My unit was repaired three years ago, had to jack up the floor above to replace structural beams that rotted.  

We have been in the attic and can clearly see the 2 areas where wood is rotten (probably 2- 4 long), rest of the wood looks nice and dry. 

Depending on how long it's been neglected those pipes which are in the wall could have rot.

Yes, taking on a partner and actually purchasing is the best route and will not leave the seller out to dry. 

My son's child support check dries up when he graduates high school in June, so I was hoping the rental cash flow could partially replace the lost child support and help pay for his college.

I understand a body left to rot for a couple of weeks may be a chore to clean up but this one was found and removed the same day.

Most good buys are dried up and too investor saturated.
