I feel disconnected from the materials on this website as it hardly apply to our market here. 

We like Tampa and Raleigh markets for overall strength, but I do feel MHPs are usually in rural areas anyway, and somewhat disconnected to the raise and fall of the big city and coastal RE markets.

@Owen D.Rally must of been giving them away too cheap because the number is disconnected :) Took a bit of calling around but I already found one guy, Better Living Appraisal Services in CB, which will do it for $500. 

If you don't want to flush 32 times, disconnect the supply hose from the tank and let it run into a bucket.  

Because if you're buying a new one, that means you're disconnecting the old and reconnecting the new.
