I would spend the time educating yourself on what a good PM looks like, then searching diligently until one is located.You can't ask all the questions I list.

You need to do your diligence on what is included from each.Since it seems like you are at the very beginning of your investing journey, here are a couple things to know:Most lenders for large deals will mandate who your inspector will be, or at least have a small list of the companies they will accept from.  

Working with a HML requiring a non-refundable earnest money deposit…What due diligence do you perform before sending that deposit to minimize risk?

Remember to conduct due diligence and ask for references.

When researching property and doing your due diligence I’d request the tax information going back 3-5 years to get a good feel for what that local jurisdiction is doing with regards to taxes.
